Donations Are Nonrefundable

All donations are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law. Donations are charitable gifts, so product returns and exchanges do not apply.

Please confirm your donation amount and payment information before completing your transaction.

Payment Errors

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, contact contact@vhvinc.org promptly so we can investigate. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law or payment-provider rules.

Recurring Donations

If you have established a recurring donation, you may cancel future payments through the donation platform or by contacting us. Canceling does not refund donations already processed.
